He was born on June 21, 1973 in Springfield, Missouri the son of William and Beverly (Turner) Hart. He was married to Angela Hart on July 14, 2016.
Charles was the proud owner and operator of C.A.L. Transport LLC out of Springfield, Missouri. Charles enjoyed spending time at the race track, spoiling his wife, hanging out with friends and family, and fishing with his dad.
Charles is preceded in death by his grandparents, and his mother Beverly Hart. He is survived by his wife Angela Hart, his father William Hart, a son and a daughter, 1 brother, and 3 sisters, and an abundant amount of friends.
