Emerson Goings left a message on November 1, 2022:
I remember one day in second grade, after recess, Mrs. Darnell saw Chris come to school with a treat and she opened the door and said "HEY CUTIE!" Chris came into our class and talked to Reese, and I remember thinking how cool his job was. In preschool on career day, Chris came to my school on career day and showed us the Shockwave Truck, and it was so cool for me to see that. I can't even imagine how it feels like to loose such an important figure, Chris really helped me believe that it is possible to follow your dreams. #LivelikeChris

I've been in the motorsports circa all my life ranging from monster to mud to pulling trucks. I was often impressed by Chris' attitude and outlook on life and what he did. Although I didn't know him very well I still feel as if I lost a friend. He will definitely be missed.

Amor and Carly left a message on July 12, 2022:
Carly and I would like to express our condolences to you Brooke, Reese, Taylor and your entire family. Carly was in tears for hours when she finds out what happened. She told me, he was one of the fathers of their basketball team. I watched you Brooke from afar with your kindest heart whose willing to do what it will takes for your girls and even the Indian girls of the whole team. There’s no words as of now to comfort your broken hearsay. Rest assures you are in my prayers and thoughts. I would like to share this song “Scars in Heaven “ had only known the last time would be the last time I would've put off all the things I had to do I would've stayed a little longer, held on a little tighter Now what I'd give for one more day with you 'Cause there's a wound here in my heart where something's missing And they tell me that it's gonna heal with time But I know you're in a place where all your wounds have been erased And knowing yours are healed is healing mine The only scars in Heaven, they won't belong to me and you There'll be no such thing as broken, and all the old will be made new And the thought that makes me smile now, even as the tears fall down Is that the only scars in Heaven are on the hands that hold you now. There's not a day goes by that I don't see you You live on in all the better parts of me Until I'm standing with you in the sun, I'll fight this fight and this race I'll run Until I finally see what you can see. I hope this song will touches your brokenness and slowly heals with the help of our God. Again, my deepest condolences.
