It is with heavy hearts that we announce the upcoming funeral services and ceremonies for the beloved Coressia Lynn Wood, who peacefully passed away on November 6, 2024, in Springfield, MO.

Born on September 8, 1960, in Springfield, Coressia touched the lives of those around her with her gentle spirit and kind heart. Despite facing challenges, she bore them with grace and strength. She loved watching Scorpion on TV, among other shows. She also enjoyed working puzzles on her phone or the internet. She also liked eating Chinese Food, especially Bourbon Chicken. Coressia leaves behind her loving mother, Mary Tofuri, step-father Henry Tofuri, her father Donald E. Spradling Sr. her son Bobby Wood, siblings Angel, Steven, David, Allen, Don Jr., and Keith, as well as her step-mother Melody Spradling, and her friend, Karl Tait.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the visitation, which will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. The funeral service in memory of Coressia will take place at Greenlawn Funeral Home North on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 1:00 pm. with burial to follow in Hazelwood Cemetery

Coressia’s presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace. The services and burial have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
