On Friday, February 28, 2020, David Charles Doyle passed away at age 55 surrounded by family after a brief illness. David was born in Costa Mesa, California on June 27, 1964 as the second child to Charles and Mary Doyle. After growing up in Southern California he attended Orange Coast College and Santa Ana College majoring in computer.
David married Maria Hernandez on January 24, 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Tropicana. Born to the happy couple on November 10, 2002 was their loving daughter, Cayla. After time in Phoenix working for CSK Auto, David was transferred to Springfield, Missouri with O’Reilly Auto Parts. He has worked in the auto part industry for 32 years. He enjoyed golf, bowling, poker with friends, playing Pokémon Go with the family, watching Star Wars, and being an Ozark band dad.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Doyle. He is survived by his wife, Maria, daughter, Cayla, both of the home; Charles, father and Kelly, sister, and niece, Samantha all of southern California. David is missed by his fur babies Hershey and Xena.
David’s memory and legacy will live on in his family and friends who already greatly miss his quick wit. loving deeds, and friendly smile.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 15, at 1:00 PM at the GreenLawn Funeral Home East, 3540 E. Seminole, Springfield, MO 65809 with burial at the Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
