Dennis Franklin Noble left this world for his Heavenly home on Saturday June 4th, 2022. He was born on February 10, 1934, near Tarkio, MO. His parents were James Edgar and Ruby (Burroughs) Noble.
Married to Pauline Smith White, in October 20, 1974. They were married for 39 years. She passed on October 5, 2015, just a few days shy of 40 years of marriage. Dennis prized the children he inherited when he married Pauline, Perry White, and Shelia Teague. Shelia preceded him in death, as did his daughter in law Peggy White.
Dennis was previously married in 1969 to Betty Bridgewater, deceased. He was also preceded by one step-brother, Melvin Noble, deceased.
He is survived by his son-in laws Stanley Teague, Perry White, and 4 grand-children, and 6 great children, and 2 great- great grandchildren. Dennis has two sons, Jason Noble, and Michael Noble who were raised by an aunt in Kansas City.
Dennis completed his education at Rockport High School in Missouri and joined the Marine Core on August 5th, 1951 at the age of 17. He served in Korea-returning and remained in the Marines until Honorably discharged in 1956. He would go on to the Macon Georgia Police Department for 6 years, and rejoined military service in 1965-joining the Army at the age of 31.
Stationed in An Khe Vietnam First Cavalry Air Assault in November 1965 through till Jan 1967. Honorable Discharged from Army in February 1967. Dennis then joined Marine Reserves and then National Guard with a total service of 24 years and 10 months.
Shortly before Pauline was diagnosed with cancer, Dennis and Pauline agreed, “God has been good to us.” After Pauline went ahead, faith in Jesus promises gave Dennis daily comfort. “I know Pauline is in Heaven.” O his last day on earth Dennis visited Pauline’s grave, and he surely walks with her again his first day in Heaven.
