Donald Lee Cramer passed away in his home on May 2, 2023 at the age of 87. Born September 3, 1935, he was raised in Springfield, MO by his parents Lee and Alma Cramer. On October 2, 1955 he was wed to Victoria Copeland. Together they raised two children, Vickie and Robin. At a young age he worked as a paperboy and shined shoes. With a willingness to work hard, he founded several businesses including C & H Automotive and Don’s Auto Air. He was also a diesel locomotive electrician for the Frisco Railroad and later Burlington Northern Santa-Fe before retiring after 40 years. Don was also involved with local racing and was inducted into the Ozark Area Racers Hall of Fame as a pioneer. Don will always be remembered for his willingness to help friends and strangers in need. Don trusted Christ as his Savior at a young age and carried a strong faith until he was called home. Don is survived by his two children Vickie Scott and Robin Cramer as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Victoria Cramer, son-in-law Dave Scott, daughter-in-law Terry Cramer, sister-in-law Trudy Graber and sister Velma Williams. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation or viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital
