Doyle Claud Barham, age 86 of Halfway, MO, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023, at Citizens Memorial Hospital Bolivar, MO.  He was born April 26, 1936, at Halfway, MO, to Claud Jesse and Wannah (Nasalroad) Barham who precede him in death.  He was united in marriage to Naomi Austin June 6, 1958, and to this union one son was born.  He entered the US Army for a short while in 1959, and served in the reserves for several years. 

Doyle was saved November 1948 and joined Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church and remained an active member the rest of his life.  He was a lifelong dairy farmer.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, and gardening.  Doyle loved watching and supporting his grandson when he played sports and performed with his music in the orchestra.

Doyle is survived by his wife of 64 years Naomi of the home; his son Roy Barham and wife Tracy of Springfield, MO; one grandson Jacob Barham of Springfield, MO; as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Pitts Chapel.  Funeral services  will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 11:00 am at the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church Bolivar, MO.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
