Dear Emily Thank you! We have never met but for your legacy of love, fun and family I will be forever grateful. Your bright spirit gave dimension to one of our favored "sisters"--your Auntie Angie. We have the immense honor to have Angie as a part of our lives and she is considered my "sister from another mister." As it has been said, the true bond of a family is not always of blood but of respect and love of one another. it is for that reason I call Angie my sister. But is as been your influence on Angie's life and being that I write this note of gratitude. You see people are who they are and become who they will be by the people who enter their lives. In your case you have been a steady influence for Angie for 38 years! She is the caring, loving person who is dedicated to all her "family" members to the end because of you. So, to you Emily, even though we had never met, I feel love, loss and gratitude. That photo of you at your sister's wedding symbolizes your free and loving spirit. Your lasting legacy will live on in those whose lives had the great fortune to be a member of your "family." Dear Angie Thank you for always sharing your love of family and for granting us the privilege to join you in your most of vulnerable moments--the loss of Emily. And today what may seem like shallow words, Emily is still with us. Emily will forever be present in you and those whose lives she touched, including ours. Her 38 years have touched literally thousands of people with her spirit of joy and love. Lean in to the grief, share the memories that make you laugh and cry, and remember, it hurts because you my sister had the pure joy of feeling the pure love of another. You can't have one without the other. We are here to help you navigate and to share the meaning of Emily. And finally, thanks for sharing the photos that make you smile and remember the incredible gift you have--a sweet, loving, and joyful soul who made you who you are and will become. with much love, hugs and sympathy your big brother Donny

I truly remember how she was in school. Always busy, and making sure her friends were good. I have not talked to her in years but never forgot her as a good friend.

We were so sorry to hear of Emily's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family. I only was around Emily a few times but I got to know her fun loving spirit pretty quick. She jumped right in where she was needed and I saw what a friend she was. She will be missed but I believe she made her mark on the world. Prayers. Maxine Hark. Amber's mother in law

I am so deeply sorry for this family's loss. I wanted to share how much I enjoyed working with Emily. Our paths didn't cross very often, but I've always been excited to see her in meetings and get-togethers. She was such a fun, sparkly personality. I loved her wit and her humor, and it was so evident that she loved her job. And oh my gosh was she smart! I loved talking to her. Please know that her loss is felt. Becky

My heart breaks for you her family, close friends and those I know best, her daily co-workers. I worked with Emily until my retirement almost two years ago and I am in shock at her passing. Always with a smile, she would stop and take time with me when I needed her expert advice regarding her department. I was always in awe of her knowledge and how easy she made it seem to do her job well all the while knowing the difficulty involved. Someone so young, vibrant, fun, smart and cherished by many is certainly cause for others to embrace every moment to its fullest. I may be retired, but I will always miss just knowing Emily is there. May God surround all who knew her best with peace, comfort and His loving touch as you move forward without your beloved Emily.

We are deeply sorry for the loss of your sweet and beautiful Emily. As we live far away, never had the pleasure to meet her in person however, Bryan frequently spoke of this special girl Emily and the fun trips they took together over the past few years. We knew she was a very caring person when she helped him recover from back surgery. What an amazing woman to also be an organ donor - she has given a gift to others that is priceless. May the good memories of your daughter, sister, aunt and friend carry you through the toughest of times. Sincerely, cousins of Bryan R.
