Faith Evelyn Stilts, age 68, of Springfield, MO passed away on June 9, 2025, at Cox Medical Center. She was born on December 2, 1956, in Springfield, MO, to Stanley and Evelyn (Parsons) Horton. She was raised alongside her two brothers: Stanley and Edward.
Faith graduated from Hillcrest High School and went on to follow in her father’s footsteps by going to Central Bible College. After she finished her degree, Faith spent a year in seminary.
She went on to marry Brent Stilts on June 2, 1995. From this union, their son, Zachary, was born. Faith homeschooled their son and cared for her family. She also enjoyed coffee, cats, music, photography, and books. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Faith and I met when I was just 18, we worked together and grew to be good friends. I’ll always remember how caring, kind, and witty she was. She helped me through some difficult days and helped me believe in myself. I’ve missed her through the years as we lost contact.
