United in marriage to Harold E. Ivey, October 27, 1951, to this union two sons were born, Edwin and Duane Ivey.
Preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ivey of Springfield, Missouri, one son, Edwin Ivey of Springfield, Missouri, her parents, two brothers; Ralph Underwood and Roy Underwood of Thayer, Missouri, two sisters; Jenny Underwood (an infant), Mae Alford (Floyd) of Thayer, Missouri, one niece, Rita Underwood Cochran, one great-nephew, Steven Underwood, one niece-in-law, Joyce Underwood all of Thayer, Missouri.
Survived by one son, Duane Ivey and his wife Sherrill of Springfield, Missouri. One granddaughter, Heather Scott and her husband Mark of Springfield, Missouri. One grandson, Eric Ivey of Wichita, Kansas. Three great-granddaughters; Brittany Smith, Mariah Scott, London Scott and one great-grandson, Clayton Scott all of Springfield, Missouri. One daughter-in-law, Diane Ivey of Springfield, Missouri. A host of very special nieces, nephews, their spouses and many friends.
