Jerry D. Brannan left a message on July 30, 2018:
I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Fry. My condolences and prayers go out to his family and huge network of friends and acquaintances. I first met Mr. Fry when he gave the commencement address at my high school graduation ceremony at Chadwick, MO, in the Spring of 1967. Mr. Fry was the Dean of Students during my college days at The School of the Ozarks (1967-1971). May God Bless and keep his soul. He was indeed a kind and gentle man.
