After an extended separation of 63 years, we finally re-connected by telephone in 2020. Glen married my mother’s sister in 1957 and I was ring bearer for that event. We finally met again face to face in May 2021. Quite a reunion. His first words to me: “wow, you’ve sure grown…..”! After that nice visit, my wife and I pledged to return for Glen’s 90th birthday celebration in May 2024. We made it and had a beautiful visit and celebration with the whole family. Our phone calls continued through late June 2025.
