I worked with Harvey for a few years. He was an excellent Agent, who completed his tasks in a timely manner and always with a smile on his face. A Gentleman's Gentlemen.

It was my pleasure to work with (and visit with) Harvey from time to time in the Kansas City office and then later to enjoy his company at the retired agents association. Harvey was one of the nicest FBI Agents that I ever met; I'm sure a lot of us will miss him! He always had nice things to say about Shirley.

Everyone loved Harvey. He was such a wonderful, loving, caring and holy man. He broke the mold when he was made. Condolences Shirley. We won’t be able to come to the funeral. I am having major health issues and just got out of the ICU 3 weeks ago. I will pray for you.

Words, however gentle cannot take your loss away. Still, may this note of sympathy help comfort you today.
Sandy Smith and Ashley Schaaf left a message on December 24, 2023:
Harvey was a glorious and bold ray of sunshine in a world that can often be dark. He made us smile and laugh when we didn't even know how much we needed to. His love for Shirley and Randy was boundless and a perfect example. Harvey and Faye had a special bond full of fun quips and joyous teasing, the memory of which still makes me smile. Harvey's capacity for love and kindness will forever remain a beacon for all of us. Love you Harvey. Loving sympathy to you, Shirley and Randy and Bronwen. Love, Sandy and Ashley

We got to know Harvey as he and Shirley were regular guests at our store where they enjoyed dining. He particularly loved our hot coffee and biscuits & gravy. He was always smiling and had something funny to say. On behalf of our entire team we will all miss seeing him but know that we will meet again one day. Heaven has gained another angel.
