Helen Mae (Johnson) Mitchell, of Springfield Missouri born to Myrtle (Roberts) and Lew Johnson, September 16, 1928, now at rest Thursday, July 29, 2021, leaving 92 years of memories for her family to cherish. Helen was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who loved raising her children and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had many joys in life some of which include cooking, cleaning, sewing, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Helen was welcomed to the heavenly rest by her husband, Boyd James Mitchell, two infant sons, her granddaughters’ husband, David Corlett, her parents, her brothers, and her sisters. Those who will cherish her memory include her daughters, Regina and her husband (Glenn) Sarber, Marilyn and her husband (Jim) Horn, and Ronda Panyik, (7) grandchildren, (13) great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be Tuesday, August 3, 2021, 10:00am, at Belview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.  Mrs. Mitchell’s care has been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home – North, Springfield Missouri.
