It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of dear Jack Michael Osborn on July 5, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri. Born on November 26, 1977, in Columbia, MO. Jack was a free-spirited soul who had a deep love for nature and a passion for music. His explorations of the great outdoors and his melodic guitar playing brought joy to all who knew him. As a brick layer and mason in the commercial construction industry, Jack took pride in his work and always gave his best. But beyond his profession, he had a talent for art and a generous spirit that touched the lives of many. His thoughtful nature and selflessness will forever be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to know him. Jack was preceded in death by, his father, Steven Osborn; an uncle, Bill Drussa; his cousin, Marnie Fuller; and half-brother, Scott Osborn. Jack leaves behind his loving mother Teresa Drussa, devoted sons Jakob (Naomie McGaha) and Jackson, caring sister Sally, (Chad Frederiksen) and several cherished aunts, Leigh Ann Hoover, Sally Terry, Kelly Thomas (Scott), and Yvonne Drussa; and cousins, Matt Hoover, Neely Hachtel, Amy Hoover, Cole Drussa and Derek Drussa, Gabriel Rodriguez, Joshua Rodriguez, Petra Frederiksen and Miles Frederiksen. Together, they will honor his memory and celebrate his life at a graveside service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Clever, MO on July 12, 2024, at 1:00 pm. In Jack’s memory, let us find solace in the beauty of the world around us and the music that lifts our spirits. May his legacy of kindness and creativity live on in the hearts of all who were touched by his presence. Rest in peace, Jack Michael Osborn.
