I’m saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. I am a former employee of Branson Pennzoil. He always showed kindness, understanding, and compassion for others. He never treated me any differently despite being a woman working in that field, he's the person who gave me my break into the automotive industry and taught me so much. I always enjoyed his sarcastic sense of humor. Sending prayers for comfort to his family during this time. Shayla Gibbs.

I had the opportunity to hire Jim as a mechanic for the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office where he worked for 12 years. Jim was a skilled and dedicated employee. He was very good natured and had a great sense of humor. He was well liked by everyone, and I hated to see him leave. He enriched the lives of all of us lives. May he rest in peace. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel at the tragic loss of Jim. Our hearts go out to you and your family in your time of sorrow.

Am so sorry the family is going thru this very sad time. Such a loss at a young age. Wish I had known Jim better than just saying hi at a pot luck. Truly, if any of us in the subdivision can help, just tell us; if now or in the future.

Jim was a great guy and my cherished memories of him in elementary was of him being the biggest kid in our class and nobody could ever beat him at tetherball. He would just hit over you head so easily cause he was so tall and not let up till he won every time. Loved playing RC cars with him too.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Jim was my first boss, the best first boss I could have asked for. He was never mad with mistakes. He taught me the ropes. Always willing to give his knowledge and experiences. I loved the conversation we would have at Branson pennzoil waiting for customers to show up. One day Jim and I did over 50 oil change's just the two of us. One hard day of work and he was always willing to get in there and work with his employees (friends). Will be forever missed.

My partner had been a friend of the family for years, they adopted me as part of their family too. We bought our house in the same development & shared many happy events with them. I will miss his wonderful meals from his grill & smoker. Rest in peace , Jim
