Janet Ann Palmer, age 70, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri, surrounded by her loving family. Born March 13, 1954, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Janice and Joe Kiehm, Janet brought love to everyone she met. For the past eight years, Janet called Springfield, Missouri, her home.

Janet was a talented hair stylist whose creativity and skill left a lasting impression on her clients and colleagues. She loved her work and found joy in helping others feel confident and beautiful. Throughout her career, she formed countless meaningful connections and friendships, which she cherished deeply. Janet had a deep love for music and spent many hours enjoying her favorite songs. She also had a passion for growing plants, and her home was always filled with greenery. Whether it was a favorite tune or the joy of nurturing her plants, these simple pleasures brought her much happiness.

She is survived by her loving children, Nicol Langdon and her husband Mike of Springfield, Missouri, and Joseph Palmer and his wife Lauren of St. Charles, Missouri; sister, Julie Reigle and her husband Tom of Pewaukee Wisconsin; and four grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

Janet’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew her.
