Jeanne Gwin of Dadeville, MO peacefully passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was 72.

Born November 8, 1949 in Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of Verlin Stratton and Mildred Henderson Stratton. Jeanne was a 1967 graduate of Concordia High School and later became a licensed practical nurse, caring for the elderly and providing home hospice care for many patients over her career.

She was married to Steven Gwin for 38 years and together they enjoyed the RV life, traveling all over visiting friends and making new ones.

She is survived by her husband Steve, her son and daughter-in-law Chuck and Sherry Meyers of Springfield MO, her son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Juanita Meyers of Sedalia MO, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Our most sincere thoughts and prayers are with you Steve during this time. Tommy Ryver and I loved Jeanne. She helped me so much with my love of quilting. She pushed me to get outside my comfort zone! She was so kind to me when we went they a very hard time with our son, and listened to me and gave me her thoughts and prayers thru it all. When my mom passed away she let me cry on her shoulder! I am so going to miss my neighbor, my friend. We love you Steve and pray for peace for you and knowing that we will see Jeanne again someday!
