Jennie M. Bedzyk, 99, peacefully went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, January 22,2019. Born on October 19, 1919 in Eddystone, Pa. She spent the majority of her long life pastoring with her late husband Peter in the Penn-Del District of the Assemblies of God.
She was kind, compassionate and always had a smile and will be sorely missed by everyone that was lucky enough to know her. Ms. Bedzyk was a 15 year resident of Maranatha Village in Springfield.
She is preceded in death by her husband Peter, Sister Josephine Raube and Brother Stanley Matus.
She is survived by her son Peter, his wife Janice and grandchildren Daniel, Bradley and Kayley.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, 3506 North National Ave., Springfield, MO. Visitation: Friday January 25 6-8PM Funeral Service: Saturday January 26 1PM at the funeral home.
