John Joseph Baird age of 71, of Strafford passed away Monday October 17, 2022, in his home.

He was born in Springfield on May 25, 1951. Son of Lowell and Louella Baird. On January 1 2011 he and Donna were united in marriage. He was a shift engineer at Lilly Tulip which was then bought by SOLO Cup, throughout his working career. He was an avid car enthusiast.

Survivors include his wife, Donna, Strafford, MO:  Three Sons Aaron I Baird, Marshfield, MO. Jeremy W Baird, Pensacola, FL. And John S Baird and his wife Nicola S Baird, Brookside, AL. Two daughters Kelsey E Breland, Denver, CO and Janissa Morgan and her husband Tommy Morgan, MidWest City,OK. And Seven grandsons, Brenden S Baird, Brookside, AL. And Devon J Baird, Pensacola FL. Derek J Baird, Pensacola, FL. Nathan X Baird, Pensacola FL and Elliot M Chorney, Denver, CO and Kasen L Baird, Marshfield, MO and Jett T Morgan, MidWest City, OK. And Five granddaughters, Adrianna Baird, Brookside AL and Kayla Baird, Pensacola FL. And Halee M Morgan, MidWest City, OK. And Abby R Morgan, MidWest City, OK. And Avery Chorney, Denver, CO.

And great grandsons Zachariah S Baird, Brookside AL. Kaydenlee K Baird, Brookside AL. Exavier B Baird, Brookside AL.

And a host of other family members and friends.

His parents proceed him in death. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with visitation starting at 2:00 p.m. prior. Burial will be Tuesday, October 25, at 9:00 a.m. at Missouri Veterans’ Cemetery.
