It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Wade Ruble, beloved husband, Father, grandfather, great grandfather, and Friend, who departed this life on December 8, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on January 26, 1962, in Springfield, Missouri, John dedicated his life to his family, playing Bluegrass Music, and Career, managing at One Hour Photo in the film developing industry. John was an exceptionally avid Chiefs fan.

John was preceded in death by William Jackson Ruble, father, Mary Jane Sachs, mother, Leroy Sachs step-father, Tom Ruble, brother, Toby Shelburn, brother, grandson Declan Ramsey, great grandson Isaac Twedell.

John is survived by his devoted spouse, Sue Twedell-Ruble, and his cherished children, Meredith and Scott Parris, Lindsey and Jesse Ramsey, Tabytha and Cassie Ruble Penrod, Shane Ruble and Jonthan Armistead, Melisa Twedell, Doug and Altheia Twedell, Danny Twedell, Jeff and Amanda Twedell, Darrell and Johnna Twedell, Angelia Twedell and Macc Oliver, Andrew and Amanda Twedell. John is also survived by 40 Grandchildren, and 20 Great grandchildren with additional great granddaughter expected in March 2026. Also Survived by brother Jack and Donna Ruble, sister Lisa Sachs, and sister Leanne and Mike Ahearn, with numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Legacy will live on in the hearts.

John will always be remembered for his John Wayne protective spirit, unwavering support for his family and friends. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

A visitation will take place on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 5 :00 PM-7:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. The funeral service will follow on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 1:00PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to take place at Bass Chapel Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
