On Friday, April 8, 2022, Kim loving wife, mother of 4 children passed away at the age of 56.  Kim was born October 11, 1965, to Frank & Darlene (Colvard) Braden. Kim is the youngest of 4 children.  She graduated from Central High School.

Kim lost her biological mom at a very young age. She came close to Uncle Bobbie & Aunt Lorene Braden.  They raised her as their own daughter. Kim married Ron Davis they had two children. She later married Bobbie Peterson on May 27, 1992. They have shared a wonderful life together. Bobbie and Kim was married for 30 years! They adopted a son and he was the light of their life. In her down time, she loved spending time with family, grandchildren, fishing and gardening.  She was loved by so many. Kim is preceeded in death by both her parents, Uncle Bobbie Braden, Nora renie Berry, Tina Braden, Bonnie Hollensbe, Gladys Bellamy.  She is survived by her brothers, Tim Braden, Rod and wife Connie Braden,  and Ed Braden. Her husband Bobbie Peterson, her 4 children Bobbi (Davis) Forester and husband Travis Forester, Brandon Davis and wife Erica Davis, Jason and wife Cera Maggard, and Michael Peterson, her aunt aka “Mom” Lorene Braden, Six grandchildren Dalton Forester, Jace Forester, Dyamond Crumm, Kylie Davis “bugs”, Andrew Forester “cotton top” and Nola Maggard.  Kim had 2 great grandchildren Tommy Forester & Jasmine Forester. She had many nieces and nephews, cousins and many, many friends.

She will be truly missed by all.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, Springfield, MO.
