Lori Faye (Blankenship) Durham, age 34, of Republic, Missouri, passed away on June 4, 2024, in Republic after a fatal car accident. Lori was born to Michael Blankenship and Tammy Quick on October 6,1989, in Springfield, Missouri. Lori graduated from Willard High School in 2008. Lori was a dedicated employee of McLane Company in Republic, Missouri, for several years. When not working she enjoyed spending time with her daughter, Olivia, family, and her many friends.
Lori was preceded in death by her grandmother and grandfather, Jesse and Ilene Cooley; grandfather, James Leroy Blankenship; brother, Michael Jesse Blankenship; and grandmother, Patricia Hayward. She is survived by her daughter, Olivia Rose Durham; Olivia’s father, James C. Durham; father, Michael J. Blankenship (Kathy); mother, Tammy Quick (Tim Eldred); grandmother, Barbara Blankenship; sister, Carla Schafer (Jaycy); brothers, Curtis Rowden and Craig Rowden (Veronica); grandfather, James Hayward; uncles, Steve Blankenship (Marcia) and John Blankenship; and many cousins, extended family, and friends.
A visitation and Celebration of Life service will be hosted by Lori’s family on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North in Springfield. The visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am with the Celebration of Life service to begin immediately following the visitation at 11:00 am. A private burial service with immediate family will follow at the Eaton Cemetery, in Ozark County, Missouri.
The family asks that everyone wear something bright and cheerful to her service, preferably something orange, Lori’s favorite color. Lori was a loving and caring soul who will be dearly missed by all those whose lives she touched and who loved her very much.
