Christiana Lorraine Werner left a message on September 17, 2024:
Lorraine was my great, great grandmother, my mother gave me her middle name. I think of her often and how blessed she must have been to live to see 100 years, the many stories I wish I heard more of. I thank her for her faith, as I felt a calling back to the church a few years ago after I felt her presence in a dream I had. Her bible was passed down to me and I want to share her favorite verse: the 138th Psalm. I pray for you all the time Lorraine. We love and miss you on earth but I know you’re in a better place.

My mother and father were close friends of her brother Porter. They sold their first house to him for his mother-in-law in Winona, Mo. I speak of wonderful memories as the only daughter of Warner and Helen Rice who grew up with her family. She was our beautician since I can remember. What a long and wonderful life. Blessings.

Family and friends of Mrs. Waggoner, I am sorry for your loss: Ecclesiastes 3:12 tells us that it is good to rejoice and to do good during one’s life: as you celebrate the well lived life of ‘one especially strong’ (Ecclesiastes 3:12, Psalm 90:10), may you have the peace of our Heavenly Father and our lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1:3) to carry you through your grief.

May you Rest In Peace. I so enjoy having conversation with you. But the last time I did all the talking but I know you were listening, a candle to a beautiful lady my Aunt Frances would love to be there but able to travel this is from her also. I know Ed and Charlie and the rest of the Halls are busy talking to you. Love Francie
