Louise Fralick Hamilton was born on May 3, 1925, to Kelly and Culin Fralick in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. She passed away at Brookhaven Health Care Center after a short illness on March 25, 2012.

After marriage , she spent her time as a homemaker and mother. She volunteered for many years at York Elementary in the lunch room and the library, and was also active in the PTA. She was a Sunday School teacher in the Children’s Department at the Central Branch of her church for much of her life.
