Our mother had a loving spirit, was goal-oriented, enjoyed people and loved a good conversation. She was an active gardener, a skilled seamstress, a creative cook, an avid reader, and she loved to travel. She encouraged her children to live creatively, seek high educational goals, exercise humor, and live with an independent spirit for which we are very grateful. We loved our mother and will miss very much.
