Mark D. Smith, age 49, of Springfield, MO, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2012, at Golden Living Center, Branson, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents,William M., Sr. and Alice E.Smith; and one brother, Dale A. Smith.
He is survived by one brother , William M. Smith Jr. and wife Cindy; one sister, Vicki L. Dixon; one son , Ian Smith; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m,Thursday , February 16, 2012, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO with Pastor Nolan Carrier officiating.
