Christine Wilder, born Mary Christine Hogue on June 26, 1937. Left this earth to be with her Lord and Savior on August 28, 2024. She is survived by her daughter Teri and husband, Dale of Springfield, four sons, Lee and wife Tammi of Ozark, Von and wife Pam of Crane, Mark and wife Sandra of Springfield and Russ and wife Shari of Ozark. She peacefully departed this world to join her loved ones who have gone on before her including her husband of 66 years, Alton “Butch”,  two sons: Jon and Mike, and two grandsons. She was blessed with a large family and enjoyed gatherings, 19 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Christine lived a life filled with love, laughter, and compassion.

Strong in her faith from the time she was a teen, taught herself to play the piano, loved reading, crafts of any kind, her recent passion Diamond Art, displaying many beautiful pieces on her walls at Nixa Nursing and Rehab, where she was loved by all there.

Visitation with service following will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Youngberg Chapel in Verona, MO. where she had last attended before relocating to Nixa. May Christine rest in eternal peace, her spirit forever remembered in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
