Mary Lou “Kitty” (Hall ) Willeford, age 88, of Springfield, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24th, 2019, at the Maples .
Kitty was born October 10, 1931, in Chicago, IL, to William Harrison and Ethel Hall. Kitty enjoyed playing cards and going to the senior center to play Bingo. She was an active member of South Haven Baptist Church.
Kitty is survived by her children, William Newhall and wife Gayle, Wichita, KS, Bert Newhall and wife Sue , Great Bend, KS, Robert Newhall and wife Kathy, Joplin, MO, and Barbara Polzin, Hoisington, KS; seven grandchildren; numerous great and great-great- grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands; and son-in-law, Melvin Polzin.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm, Friday, November 29, 2019 at Greenlawn Funeral Home South. A celebration of Kitty's life will be held Friday, November 29th, 2019 at 2:00 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home South 441 West Battlefield Springfield, Missouri, with private family burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made in Kitty's name to South Haven Baptist Church.
