Mrs. Cunningham was such a sweet lady. She opened her home to me many times when I was there in college. I’m so sorry for your loss Debbie. Sending my love.

When I started researching my family some 40 plus years ago, Mary was one of the first people that I consulted. At the passing of my grandpa Kindrick, I found a printed genealogy of the Kindrick family in his desk drawer that he had received from Mary's s-i-l. Many unclear references that we pondered over for what seems like ages. Even though it was her husbands family, not hers, she was determined to find out about old Nathaniel. So a few years ago, I stopped by and shared with her the estate record of Nathaniel's father. I'm glad she was sitting down at the kitchen table and I'll never forget her jubilation! These discoveries are why we keep digging and digging. That was the last time I met with her, but I'll never forget it! I know she was met by numerous family members and I hope one of them was old Nathaniel. We want to express our deepest sympathy to the Cunningham family in the passing of Mary. May God comfort and bless all of you. They are never forgotten as long as we remember them!
