Mary Lou Frank, 90, daughter of Myrtle Marie Ambrose and Clarence C. Foster, was born May 04, 1934, in Ellsinore, Carter County, MO, and went to be with the Lord October 25, 2024 , in The Manor at Elfindale, Springfield, MO.
Mary Lou was a published tole and decorative artist. She enjoyed many years of teaching Sunday school and singing in the church choir. She loved traveling and visiting with family and friends.
Mary Lou survives her second husband, James R. Frank, of 25 years, her two daughters, Corbi Beshears, Springfield, MO, and Beth Bennett, Battlefield, MO, her four grandchildren, Chris McNeal (James), Jennifer Brady, Aaron (Sarah) Bennett, and Sam (Matty) Jackson, and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband Allen C. Burrows, her sons-in-law, Scott Beshears and Gary Bennett, her brother William Foster, and her parents.
A come-and-go visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 10 AM – 12 noon at Greenlawn South in Springfield, MO. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. in Dry Valley, Poca Hollow Cemetery in Van Buren, MO.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name can be made to The Dementia Research Foundation.
