Funeral Service for Max Edward Fringer age 74 of Merriam Woods Village, MO. will be held at Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Seitz Funeral Home in Assumption, Illinois. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery at Assumption, IL.
He died Monday, August 17, 2009 in Branson, MO.
He was born on May 1, 1935 in Lajara, CO the son of William Ernest Fringer and Alma Irene Fringer. He was a cabinet maker but still a farmer at heart. A veteran of the Army. Attended church at College of the Ozarks Williams Memorial Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Gracie Lucille(Sloan) Fringer, Merriam Woods Village, MO. son, Mark Edward of Merriam Woods, MO and Daughter, Teri Lynn Fringer of Bloomington, IL. Brothers, Morris of Assumption, IL, Bert of Sydney, IL and Dennis of Moweaqua, IL A Sister, Donna Greenwood of Scottsdale, AZ. Sister-in-law Sherry and husband Ron Ellison of Soddy Daisy, TN. And many loving nieces and nephews. Mother, Alma Irene (Barringer)Fringer. He was preceded in death by his Father, William Ernest Fringer.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at the funeral home.
