Michael Bruce Kroft 69, Springfield, MO passed away July 29, 2021. Michael was born in Osceola, MO on February 15, 1952 to Donald L. and Dorothy J. (Farnsworth) Kroft. He was a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service, with 33 years of service. He was a member of the North Point Church. He was an avid reader, especially his Bible, he also enjoyed genealogy, playing table tennis, watching and feeding birds (especially humming birds). Michael was a big football fan especially the Nebraska Corn Huskers and the Kansas City Chiefs. He also enjoyed helping his son, Joshua with his Boy Scouts projects, and playing video games.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents and his toddler sister, Peggy Kroft. He is survived by his wife, Jaina, his two sons: Cody Clements and his wife, Emily and Joshua Kroft, his three sisters: Diane Hejhal, Beverley Gubbels, and Kathy Kroft, his three brothers: Dennis Kroft and his wife, Loretta, Tom Kroft and his wife, Vicki, and Jeff Kroft and his wife, Bernadett. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial to follow, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the Funeral Home. The family strongly requests that Michael’s family and friends please wear face masks to the services. A reception will follow burial at a location to be announced.
