Nancy A. Sederburg passed away October 29, 2020, Nancy was born June 22, 1951 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She graduated from Topeka High School in Kansas. Nancy married the love of her life in May 1972. After shortly moving to Springfield, Missouri Nancy lost her husband in a Ultralight aircraft accident. Leaving her a widow and single mother of their two daughters, at the age of 30. Nancy was a devoted mother, she found kindness in her neighbors and the Springfield area. She decided that Springfield was a good place to raise their two daughters.
Nancy always had a passion for helping people. She found her calling working with the disabled and elderly. She brought much joy and comfort to her clients with Oxford Homecare before retiring. Nancy was a gentle soul that loved nature and wildlife. She could find the good in everyone. She had a laugh and smile that was contagious. She had a gift for storytelling whether past or present. She leaves behind many loved ones to be with the Lord.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dell Sederburg, her parents: Francis and Verda McNeil (Rockenbach), her sister-in-law: Susie Gavisk, her brother-in-law: Rick Block, and her nephew: Lance Elliott. Nancy is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Kelly and Jerry Lasater and the youngest, Jessica Sederburg. Her beloved siblings and their spouses: her sister: Cheryl Elliott, her two brothers and their wives: Terry and Lynn McNeil and Michael and Devoney McNeil, and her sister: Patricia Block. She is also survived by her beloved brother and sister-in-laws: John Sederburg, Ellen and Jay Fry, Clara Jean and John Greenwald and many more Sederburgs: Hugo & Darlene, Jimmy & Sandy, Eddie & Valerie, Chucky, Joe & Mary and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by friends: Ruth Sederburg and David Gavisk and her furry babies: Verdell, Jazzy, Boomer, Honey, Sweety and Angel.
