With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy J. Popp, who left this world on January 3, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on December 4, 1944, in Little River, Kansas, Nancy lived a life filled with love, compassion, and devotion to her family.

She was united in marriage to Roger Leigh Popp on August 30, 1964 in Pratt, Kansas
A proud homemaker and wife, Nancy dedicated her life to nurturing her children and grandchildren and creating a warm, welcoming home. She cherished every moment spent with her beloved sons, Rick and Rusty, and her daughter, Amy . Nancy’s legacy of love and support will forever resonate in the hearts of her children and grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her loving children, Rusty Popp, Blue Springs, MO, Rick and Dana Popp of Nixa; grandchildren, Tyler , Sarah, Lance, Emily, Andrew and Allison; son-in-law, David Houston; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Roger Popp; parents, Joseph and Rhoda MacCord; and daughter Amy Houston.
A visitation will take place on January 10, 2025, at 11:00 am, at Greenlawn Funeral Home South. A graveside service will honor her life at Manley Cemetery in Nixa on January 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm, where she will be laid to rest.

In this time of sorrow, we remember Nancy not just for her leaving but for the love and joy she brought into our lives. Her spirit will continue to live on through the memories we share and the love she so freely gave. She will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
