Nellie M. Barner (Shaffer) 93 passed away October 7, 2023 in Springfield, MO.  She was born in Elkland, MO October 21, 1929 and attended school in Charity, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents David and Bertha Shaffer, 2 sisters Alice East and Catherine East, 5 brothers Sam, Lee, Farrel, David, and Elzia. Nellie is survived by 2 daughters;
