Patricia “Trishy” Ann Choate, age 64 of Bolivar, MO, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017, at Parkview Healthcare Facility Bolivar, MO. She was born September 11, 1953, in Springfield, MO, to B.A. and Mary Virginia (Albert) Choate.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and one sister Kathryn Bingham.
She is survived by four sisters: Mary Lou Francka, Barbara Hoffman, Brenda Burch, and Betty England; five brothers: Robert, Billie, Jerry, Paul, and Charlie Choate; 22 nieces and nephews, and 55 great nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, October 9, 2017, at Robberson Prairie Cemetery Willard, MO. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
