Patricia Ann Scherer, 74 of Springfield, Missouri passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 19, 2017 after complications of open heart surgery.
She was born February 14, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frances Monroe.
She loved her family and especially being with her grandsons.
Golf was her lifelong passion and it was Pat’s greatest joy sharing it with Beau, Clay and Cole.
Survivors include her husband Dan Scherer, daughters; Sandy Sneed and husband Randy. Lisa Eagleburger, grandsons; Beau and Clay Mantle, Cole Eagleburger, one nephew; Dan Feind and wife Brenda, one niece; Julie Kinkade and husband Kel, great nephews; Wes and Dusty Middleton, also Randall Sneed, Tiffany Sneed- Collins and husband Shaun, great grandchildren; Nyla and Ronin Collins.
Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Friday, November 24, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Tom Kiefer officiating under the care and direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home East,
Visitation will be prior to the Mass beginning at 8:30 AM in the church.
Burial will be at 2:00 pm Monday, November 27, 2017 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
