Loving husband and father, Patrick Joseph Rush, 72, of Nixa, Missouri, passed away on July 29th of respiratory failure. He was predeceased by his parents Willard Joseph and Nina Pearl and grandson Logan James. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patricia, sisters Susan and Shirley, his children: Chris (Lisa Rush), Tony (Allison Rush), Daniel (Amanda Rush), Darren (Katrina Rush); and his grandchildren: Christopher, Eric, Olivia, Robin, Brian, Ethan, and Wendell.
Visitation will be held at 11:30 AM and funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, at Greenlawn South located at 441 West Battlefield Springfield, MO 65807. All are welcome to a reception immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the The Bears Fund as Patrick was an alumni of Missouri State and longtime Men’s basketball season ticket holder and closely followed the program.
