It hurts me to admit it…but I being my rambunctious and shifty self…Mr. Paul Downey AKA Pugsley, Fathertime, or Richard Parker, born in Butler Missouri to Jack and Patricia Downey on December 19, 1958 with my big sister and best friend Toni Ratliff AKA TOENAIL.

I have passed away happy and peacefully with my eldest son James, eldest daughter Laci, my middle boy Kyle and Helen Hunt all by my side in Kirbyville, Missouri on September 8, 2024 @ 2:00PM.

I enjoyed riding Harleys, especially Harley Daidsons, The Kansas City Chiefs, The Beetles, kegs of beer, puzzles, and just being Paul.

I have been widowed from my late wife Michelle whom will probably and often refer to me affectionately as a horses ass now that we will be reunited and also with our grandsons Liam Michael Paul Downey and Kyle Marian Downey Jr.

I also left behind a shitload of children who I tolerated over the years James with James my oldest son and also my favorite. Laci my oldest daughter with Dakota who has a large mouth bass for a mouth Kyle my middle son with Mandi AKA Helen Hunt who runs to clean house as soon as she hears company is coming, and him never eating ham or meat on a bone and sleeps naked in an American flag, and knows it all. Kelsie with Kolton who is ever miss perfect and secretly has a third eye. Jack the baby of the bunch with being single and ready to mingle always full of sunshine, rainbows, the chill man and always relaxed.  I will miss seeing my sweetest grand children Charlie, Ein, Haily, Halyn, Kayden, Ethan, Keygan James, Holden and Brodie grow up to be the Incredible people I know they are meant to be.

I attended Adrian Highschool without honors wearing my shinny steel toed boots shifting gears and taking the longest road trips ever, but also not opposed to bailing hay on a broken hip. BEST CLASS EVER!

I can finally say and have the smoking hot body I’ve always wanted…having been cremated.

Thank you all for sharing my life with me, I’m off to swim to the buoy on my back.
