Funeral services for Pauline Metz age 91 of Branson will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the Mt. Olivet Freewill Baptist Church in Blue Eye with Rev. Larry McCreary officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Eye Cemetery under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.

She passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024 in Branson, Missouri.

She was born on May 19, 1933 in Lampe, Missouri the daughter of Floyd and Macie Jones McCreary. She was a longtime resident of Carroll County, Arkansas and Stone County and Taney County in Missouri. Pauline was a member of the Mt. Olivet Freewill Baptist Church in Blue Eye, Mo. She enjoyed quilting and doing needle point.

Survivors are her two children: Mike Metz and wife Julie of Branson, and Denise Porterfield and husband Bill. One brother, Larry McCreary of Hot Springs, Arkansas and one sister, Brenda Webb of Farmington, Arkansas. Five grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, husband Charles Metz, three brothers; Leroy McCreary, Jay Dean McCreary and Finis McCreary. Two sisters; Betty Chaney and Jewel Lloyd.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00 PM at the church.
