Reese Gabrielle Johnson, 17, of Willard, Missouri was born June 12, 2004, in Springfield, Missouri to Charles and Melissa (Velten) Johnson. She left this life Sunday, October 17, 2021, near Willard, Missouri.

Reese was a Senior at Willard High School, she was employed by Subway and was a member of National Honor Society, Journalism, Future Business Leaders of America, Choir and Educator’s Rising.  She had received the Academic Bar Award for her grades.

Reese enjoyed watching movies, dressing nice, getting her nails done, spending time with her friends, singing songs, and playing the Sims.

She is survived by her parents: Chuck and Melissa Johnson; brothers: Tyler Johnson, Landen Johnson, and Luke Johnson, all of Willard, Missouri; maternal grandparents: David and Paula Velten; paternal grandparents: Ron and Donna Johnson; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at First Baptist Willard, 202 West Jackson, Willard, Missouri from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with services following at 5:00 p.m. under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
