Robert was our neighbor. We have never met a more honorable man. His integrity, wit, loyalty and kindness were excellent examples for the rest of us. We will surely miss him.
Angie Brushwood left a message on September 6, 2017:
Mr. Haymes was my neighbor, and my family will miss him greatly. He was one of the most humble people I've ever known. He couldn't let the smallest kindness go by without a thank you and a bucket of ice cream for us. He went to my son Ben's Veteran's Day celebration a few years ago and walked with such dignity in his uniform. We all loved him and will miss him. We are sorry for your loss. --Angie & Lee Brushwood, Joseph, Ben, and Christopher Wilson
