Randy Talley left a message on November 7, 2023:
I met Russell when I was out walking one day and had a wonderful conversation with him. From that point on I would stop and visit with him anytime I saw him out. My life was certainly enriched by Russell, I will miss him dearly. I can only imagine the loss those of you who shared a lifetime with him are feeling. My prayers go out to all of you, but rest assured he is picking gold peaches in the greatest orchard of all and heaven is just a little brighter than it was before.
John Mahon left a message on November 7, 2023:
A good man, husband, father, and a child of God. Blessings and condolences till we meet again.
Carol Pendergrass left a message on November 6, 2023:
Being fairly new to the Pendergrass family I was impressed with the quiet unassuming manner that Russell has about him as he was at all the family functions and it was obvious that he loved and supported Helen. My love and warm wishes for Helen and Lynette with prayers for them to be comforted by God's love.
