Rusty Ferrell, age 67, of Willard, Missouri, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri. He was born in Springfield, Missouri, October 15, 1957, to Allen and Kay Ferrell. He graduated from Rogersville, Missouri, and eventually went to work for O’Reilly Auto Parts, where he worked for over 30 years until his retirement on January 31, 2020. He married Holly Reed Ferrell on June 8, 1980.
He is preceded in death by his wife Holly Ferrell, parents Allen and Kay Ferrell, and Dusty Martin. He is survived by his sons and wives, John Ferrell and Jennifer Dickerson, and David and Shyanne Ferrell; grandchildren, Anthony Dickerson, Devin and his wife Cynthia Dickerson, Connor Ferrell, Bryce Ferrell, Tinley Cooper, Nolan Cooper, Ella Cooper, Brynlee Cooper, and Audi; great-grandchild, Serenity Dickerson; brother and his wife, Jake and Michelle Ferrell; and multiple cousins.
The visitation for Rusty will be 11:00 am-12:30 pm, December 20, 2024, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, with his memorial service following at 12:30 pm.
