Ruth E. Myers, the daughter of Earnest & Myrtle Wagoner, was born March 29, 1921 in Golden City, MO, and died Sept. 24, 2013 in Mercy Villa at age 92. Ruth provided childcare in her home for 30 yrs. She is a member of Wesley United Methodist Church. Ruth was preceded in death by her son, Gene Myers, and her husband, Melvin Myers. She is survived by her daughter, Alice Hill and her husband Hiram Geral and her daughter-in-law, Elaine McDonald and her husband Joe, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, Sept. 27 at Greenlawn Funeral Home-East with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Ronald McDonald House or Wesley UMC.
