Anthony Bishop, age 30 , of Springfield passed away Thursday, September 22nd, 2016 in his home , after a long battle with cancer.

He was born October 19, 1985 in Springfield, MO to William Michael Bishop and Terena Lynn Bishop. He was a graduate of Parkville High School in Parkville, Mo. Anthony worked as a roofer. He enjoyed working with his hands, he could fix anything. He enjoyed fishing, camping, all outdoor activities. The greatest love of his life was his son, Luke. Anthony loved the Lord with all his hear,t and was not afraid through his illness, because he knew where he was going.

he was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Carol Bishop and paternal great-grandfather, Jim Bishop.

Survivors include his parents, Mike Bishop, Springfield and Terena Browning and husband Erick, Parkville, MO; son, Luke Bishop, Springfield; Fiancee, Erica Stapp, Springfield; brother, Matt Bishop and Lily Thompson, Kansas City, MO; Niece, Ellie Bishop, Kansas City, MO; paternal grandfather, Ed Bishop, Springfield; maternal grandparents, Wilbur and Dot Carlson, Springfield; patrenal great-grandmother, Loreta Bishop, Ash Grove; grandparents, Chuuck and Donna Browning, Reeds Spring, MO; and a host of family and friends..
