Sharon Rebecca Kilmer, age 81, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on February 7, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Springfield. Sharon Rebecca Kilmer, age 81, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on February 7, 2025, at Mercy Hospital Springfield. Becky was born to Jim and Marjorie Huffman Cave on July 6, 1943 in Corsicana, TX. She was raised in Dallas, TX and graduated from South Oak Cliff High School in 1961. Sharon proudly worked for the FBI until her retirement.
When not working, she had many interests and pastimes including competitive Ballroom Dancing that took her to competitions in Europe. She also enjoyed restoring antique furniture, but nothing brought her more pleasure than playing duplicate bridge. Becky will be remembered as a supporter of several charities. She was often described by others as a kind and loving person.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother James Cave and sister Camille Vinson and loving companion, Rod Smith.
