Sylvia Ann Dulin, age 85, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away on June 4th, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri. Sylvia was born to Fredrick Miller & Juanita Westmeyer on October 24th, 1938, in Springfield, Missouri. She was raised in Springfield and graduated from Central High School in 1957. Sylvia was united in marriage to Stan Dulin on July 28th, 1957, in Springfield, Missouri. Sylvia and Stan shared 66 years and 11 months of marriage before Sylvia’s passing on June 4th, 2024.

Sylvia was employed at Commerce Bank, first in Lebanon, Missouri, and then continued her career at Commerce Bank in Springfield, Missouri until retirement. When not working, Sylvia was an incredibly talented artist, seamstress, and decorator. She truly enjoyed making spaces look beautiful with outdoor landscaping. Sylvia was a lifelong Lutheran and was baptized, confirmed, and married at Trinity Lutheran Church in Springfield, Missouri, where she attended most recently. For several years she also attended Redeemer Lutheran Church and sang in the choir. Sylvia will be remembered for being a smart, creative, loving, and kind wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Juanita Miller; and brother, Ronald Miller. She is survived by her husband, Stan Dulin; daughter, Kelly Dampier and her husband, Ed; daughter, Kimberly Jenkins and her husband, Mark; grandchildren: Zach Dampier; Alex Kincaid and her husband, Shane; Grant and Addi Grace Jenkins. Great granddaughter; August Ann Washington. Sisters; Marilyn Harris and Alice Maggi and her husband, Jim.

A visitation for Sylvia will be held on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, at 9:30am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Springfield, Missouri. A funeral service for Sylvia will be held on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, at 10:00am at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens located in Springfield, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Sylvia’s memory to Trinity Lutheran Church at 1415 S. Holland Ave. Springfield, MO 65807. Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
