Tammy Johnston left a message on June 5, 2019:
Our community has lost one of the best citizens to live here. Tammy we have prayed for you from the beginning of this journey and hoped they would find you a great match and get the transplants you so badly needed. God had better plans for you, and now there is no more sickness or pain, but God’s loving arms to hold you. Thank you for the many, many times you came to my aid for panic attacks, kidney stones and broken bones. You were such a kind and caring person, and treated all with the greatest of compassion. You raised two very wonderful and much loved kids in little Greg and Meghan. Those grand babies are going to be lost without you, especially Tanner and Tawner who spent so much time with you. It just long enough. To Greg, Sr., Greg, Jr., Meghan and Ashlee, thank you for sharing this very special lady with the rest of our community. May God wrap you each in his strong arms and cradle you with comfort and support as you face the dark and emotional days ahead. Tammy loved each of you so much. Please continue her legacy for Organ Donation, because really helps those who’s lives depend on them. My condolences and prayers are with each of you. Tammy Johnston Pleasant Hope, MO
